невозможно сделать апгрейт windows 7

я уже ранее задавал вопрос про ангрейт, но я не могу его сделать (, я запускаю upgrade и он мне пишет следуещее: You can’t upgrade this prerelease version of Windows 7. Go online to see how to install Windows 7 and keep your files and settings.
Ладно захожу на сайт но там только показано как сделать ангрейт с висты или ХР, можете мне помочь?

Ладно с апгрейтом я разобрался, но дальше ещё проблема The following issues are preventing Windows from upgrading. Cancel the upgrade, complete each task, and then restart the upgrade to continue.
