Предзаказ на pixmania.com

Сделал предзаказ на Xbox+kinect. Оплатил и осталось дождаться 10 ноября. Но так получилось что этот xbox уже не нужен.
Вапрос:
Возможно ли отказаться от предзаказа и получить обратно деньги ?

You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched.

If your order is being prepared for dispatch when you make your cancellation request, we cannot stop the parcel from being sent out. Consequently, we ask you to refuse delivery by the transporter so that it can be returned to us.

Once the parcel refused by you has been registered at our After-Sales Service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and can thus request a refund.
You can cancel your order in full before it is prepared for dispatch in the > Order tracking section of your PIX & Me account. This option is only available if you paid for your order by credit card or bank transfer.
