Попарившись пару дней, решил спросить совета тут.

 

Взял в элионе Tulevikuvõrk 50/50, предлагали взять рутер Intento, от которого я отказался, ещё советовали взять из-за своей прошивки и что только с ним гарантируется работа. Короче, я подумал что это чистой воды маркетинг.

 

Взял себе w841n tp link .

 

В квартиру входит CAT5, ONT штуки нет.

 

Вставил шнур в комп - ookla говорит 50/50. Ура ура, тепреь осталось натсроить рутер.

 

Вставил в WAN кабель .В итоге сначала линк прыгал. То есть рутер получал IP от элиона и сразу линк сбрасывался.

Я обновил прошивку рутера - результат тот же.

Поставил OpenWRT - результат тот же.

 

Воткнул туда ethtool.

Поставил соединение так: ethtool -s eth1 speed 100 duplex half autoneg off

рутер шлет Sending discover..., но ни ответа ни привета. То есть элион не дает рутеру ИП.

Если сделать ethtool -s eth1 speed 10 duplex half autoneg off

То он получает ипшник и даже ping 8.8.8.8 проходит - то есть всё стабильно. Но как только я сделаю запрос в браузере, линк сбрасывается.

 

Собственно кто виноват и что делать

Есть задача единоразово разослать письма клиентам. Примерно 30000 писем.
Посоветуйте сервис/программу для этих целей.

Я смотрел Amazon AWS, но там первая рассылка только с 10к писем начинается - мало.

Сейчас ищу квартиру для покупки. У меня семья 4 человека. Образовалось 2 четких варианта(аля покупай и въезжай).

1. Последний этаж. Крыша починена, квартира теплая, с балконом. Прямо возле дома школа, недалеко дет. сад и больница в 2 остановках. Остается кухня, возможно какая-то мебель и стир. машина. Ванна сделана целиком. Долгов ни у товарищества, ни у квартиры нет. Зимняя комуналка 130-200 без электричества. Квартира в середине дома. Окна заменены, стояки поменяны. В целом состояние получше чем "ковер", но похуже чем современные все же. Отсюда на машине до центра ехать примерно 5-8 минут.
2. Первый этаж. Квартира скраю. Окна поменяны, школа примерно 10-15 минут на машине. дет сад не далеко. Трубы поменяны. Про больницу не знаю. Про долги также мало информации, маклер очень быстро всё показывал, надеюсь через пару дней получить более подробную инфомрацию(есть подозрение что квартиру хотят поскорее сплавить). Зимняя комуналка 130-170, без электричества. Сейчас сдается в аренду. Остается всё - кухня, машинка, мебель. Балкон со старыми деревянными рамами(1 этаж). В целом состояние ремонта лучше чем в первой квартире. Окна на кухне маленькие. Отсюда до центра ехать на машине примерно 20 минут.

Буду рад каждому мнению, так как сам немного загрузился вопросом и уже "замылился глаз".

Хочу выучить язык, в целом требуется проверенный репетитор либо курсы. Финский не знаю вообще, с разговорным эстонским хорошо.
